Stock Screener Issues October 27th, 2020

We are experiencing a problem with our stock screener on our US-based server and are working to fix the issue.

The charts are unaffected.

Subscribers should be able to access their saved screens through the browser-based HTML5 App (beta):

  1. Open the HTML5 App in your browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox or Safari): HTML5 App login
  2. Go to Menu >> Settings and change the narest location to Australia.
  3. Go to Menu >> Scans.
  4. Select your saved screen (click / tap the screen name).
  5. Edit your filters or Run to view the results.

Schedule backup from File >> Backup Settings. See Backup help page for details.

To disable scheduled backup, select How often >> Never and Save Settings.
